Black mold closed down another government structure. And apart from worry, it also caused some people a bit of confusion.
The building the fungus recently shut down was particularly Alachua County’s Fire Station 19. In a report from wcjb.com, it was said that the closure started on Monday and was scheduled to reopen today.

An update of the report detailed that the black mold was first discovered in July in men’s bathroom ceiling. And after further inspection, it was confirmed in September that the fungus was present in the building’s ceiling insulation, hence, the closure to remove mold. The treatment of it was expected to cost around $15,000.
During the remediation of the building, the trucks in Fire Station 19 were temporarily transferred in Southwest 88th street and Ft. Clarke Boulevard. And that basically got the people around the closed station worried about the response time if ever a fire incident happens.

But that’s not just that. The closure also prompted Gainesville Fire Rescue to park a truck at a hotel in the area covered by Fire Station 19, which basically caused confusion among Alachua County firefighters.

Black mold is considered toxic and could cause various health threats. And so, the closure of Fire Station 19 was a necessary step to maintain a healthy working environment for the Alachua County firefighters.
Given that, you must be on the look out for any mold sign. Additionally, you must always be ready to kill mold promptly. But of all the mold removal products you could use for that, it’s better to pick Molderizer and Safe Shield.

Those two solutions have already been proven efficient by hotels, hospitals and pest-control companies. Moreover, they are both organic, so they leave no residue that could harm your health or the environment.
But what do they really do?

Molderizer particularly kills mold spores from the root to the tip. In addition, it changes their DNA make-up to prevent them from growing back. Meanwhile, Safe Shield provides an additional layer to the surface treated by Molderizer. The layer basically blocks any other mold spore from growing and starting another infestation.
