According to Jones, when they moved in, the complex looked so clean. However, two months after that, her legs and that of her son became a canvass of bed bug bites. Besides her, another resident, Alan Bowdish, also attested that the infestation in it was massive. Based on his statement, there could be millions of bed bugs in the housing. However, the tenants said that the building management was not doing enough to solve the problem.
The recently reported infestation wasn’t the first bed bug problem for the building. Last year, it was said that the Alcoa Codes Enforcement was in the place three times because of complaints about the pests’ presence.
