Since their big comeback, bed bugs have been constantly moving far and wide. Now, they are so prevalent across United States that they are already being considered as a huge community problem. Even schools are now at the mercy of them.
Whitworth Buchanan Middle School was one of those schools recently visited by those night-feeding critters. But unwelcome as they are, they were denied residency in the campus. And it’s all thanks to the keen eyes and prompt response of the school officials.

According to a report, the bed bugs, adults and some eggs, were discovered on Thursday. James Evans, the spokesman for Rutherford County Schools, said that they were particularly seen in a student’s belongings.
Following the discovery, the student’s parents were notified. His belongings were also isolated in a clear plastic bag and he was sent home.

On the same day, the school also called in a bed bug exterminator to decontaminate the area. However, the post said that none of the critters were spotted yet. And considering that they could really be annoying, that’s definitely a good thing.

Bed bugs are now so rampant because they move, spread and multiply fast. If you don’t want to get caught by their infestation and suffer from its effects, you also have to move quick. Prompt response is the key to prevent those critters’ presence from turning into a nightmare, so you got to detect and kill bed bugs early.

But how do you do it?
Well, to detect those tiny bloodsuckers, you first got to know the signs of their presence. And those symptoms basically include specks of blood stains on your sheets, bed bugs feces, their discarded shells and a musty-sweet smell.
If you notice any of those hints, you then got to move quick to the next step – the bed bug inspection. Particularly, you have to inspect the spots that they commonly invade. Examples of them are beds, couches, closets, cracks and crevices.
When their presence is confirmed, you then have to immediately eliminate bed bugs. You could do that by either calling a bed bug exterminator or implementing a DIY bed bug treatment. Between the two, the former offers an easier treatment as you don’t have to do anything. However, it is also much more expensive with a single treatment costing about $1000.
Hence, if you could handle getting rid of the pests yourself, pick the latter instead. And to make the process effective and safe apart from being inexpensive, implement it with Bed Bug Bully’s help.

Made with organic ingredients, Bed Bug Bully is classified as pesticide-exempt. That’s because it could kill bed bugs but unlike pesticides, it doesn’t have any harmful chemical in its content. In fact, it is even in EPA’s FIFRA 25(b) list.
