Another hotel was reported to have bed bugs. And according to a post from one news website, a number of other pests came along with their presence.
The Ramada in Florence, Kentucky was said to be the hotel recently infested by those vampire-like critters. A youth group from Bishop Paul Hall’s Christ Universal Church complained about their presence and was said forced to cut short their stay there because of the bad bug situation.

The group was supposed to stay at the hotel for five nights but ended leaving after the fourth due to the bugs. But despite the unpleasant experience they had in the hotel, Carolyn Cole, one of the adults who was with the group, said that the owner refused to give them a refund. She added that she was also rude and didn’t care about the problem.
Besides the young people, some eight children and a number of adults also suffered from the pests in the hotel. According to the account of Cole, bed bug bites were seen at the head, neck and legs of them. And in addition to bed bugs, fire ants were also a problem in the building.

Hotel proprietor Sara Sohi stated they were taking the complaints seriously. However, she denied any bed bug activity in her hotel. She said though that they already a pest-exterminator to do treatment.

“The drum and bugle corps at Bishop Paul Hall’s Christ Universal Church went to the Cincinnati area to perform last week, staying four nights at the Ramada in Florence, Ky.
Early on, they started to notice lesions on the children.
“They had big bites and welts on their heads, necks, legs, everything,” said Carolyn Cole, an adult who went on the trip.
She says at least eight children were bitten badly.”
