Anybody who is into action movies surely knows who Arnold Schwarznegger is. And anybody who follows his career from acting to politics surely knows that he is an environmentalist. But now that his term has ended, would he still remain a supporter of environmental causes?
As California’s governor, Schwarznegger became a noted environmental supporter because of his bills fighting global warming. Specifically, his bills aim is to reduce California’s emissions. To reduce his own carbon footprint, the actor-turned-politician set himself as an example by going green using solar panels at his home and adapting his Hummers to run on hydrogen and biofuels.
The end of the “governator’s” term though doesn’t seem to be the borderline of his care for the planet. It is said that he will be promoting an international television series. And though no more other details were given, many speculate that the show will follow the green direction. The speculation surfaced because of the actors recent travel to the Belo Monte with James Cameron.

Before leaving office as Governor of California, Arnold Schwarzenegger was hounded with questions as to what he would do next. Since the environment was a major platform of his administration, he mentioned that it would continue to be a focus after his term was up. A return to acting was also in the cards.
Now it appears that we may get a bit of both.
Schwarzenegger is set to announce his first major project on April 4th at the MIPTV conference in Cannes. The annual event is basically a content market for “co-producing, buying, selling, financing and distributing entertainment content.”
According to reps, Arnold will be promoting an “international TV series”, but beyond that tidbit, all lips are sealed. There are however some hints that whatever this is could carry with it a green theme – and even potentially be animated.
