With all the bacteria that cockroaches carry, they could contaminate food easily. Hence their presence in a kitchen or any place where food is handled is a big no-no.
However, a restaurant in Milwaukee failed to hold them off from the building. And so, the health department closed the establishment temporarily.

Brown’s Hospitality Cafe at 3528 W. Fond du Lac Ave. was particularly the one infested by those nasty critters. Its manager, Ensley Brown, said that roaches were not a problem in the past in the restaurant, so he didn’t know where they came from.
The closure of the establishment took place on September 19. The day before, it was said that a pest-control company tried to solve the problem. But sadly, the cockroaches remained.
To make the elimination of them truly effective, the exterminators came up with a new plan. And though Brown’s Hospitality Cafe was already reopened a week ago, the plan, it was detailed, is to spray the establishment, including its basement, every two weeks for the next two months.
