The unusual wet summer has been causing a major mold problem. In fact, in Mid West, it even led to the highest mold count for 2013.
According to a report, on August 2, the mold count in Midwest reached 35, 000 high. Albeit it is short of the 50, 000 limit that indicates a dangerous air quality, still, it was said that it could cause those with sensitive respiratory systems a lot of problems. A number of them are headaches, congestion and runny noses.

So, anyone who has sensitive respiratory system was advised not to open the windows and let the cool air in. As stated in the report, the air with that mold count is loaded with the toxins.

The said mold count was termed in Midwest as Gottlieb Allergy Count performed by allergist Dr. Joseph Leija.

“Gottlieb Allergy Count, the official allergy count for the Midwest, reports the mold count today is 35,000, a high for 2013, but well under the 50,000 threshold that signals a dangerous air quality warning.
“The Midwest is moving into Fall and we are seeing more rain mixed with sunny, warm and humid temperatures which encourages mold growth,” said Dr. Joseph Leija, allergist, who performs the Gottlieb Allergy Count, the only consistent allergy count for the Midwest. “The temptation today is to open the windows and let the cooler air in, but for allergy sufferers, the air is not fresh but loaded with toxins.”

Mold could cause physical and aesthetic damages to the items and surfaces it infests. But more important than that, it could harm your health.

There are several minor and major health threats associated with being exposed to or taking in mold spores. As the report stated, some of those are headaches and nasal problems. However, toxic mold species as black mold could also cause more serious conditions as vomiting and lung and nose bleeding.
Because of that, apart from taking steps to prevent mold, you must also be ready to eliminate it as soon as you notice its presence. That way, you could prevent the infestation from spreading more than 10 square feet wide that basically requires costly professional mold removal.
But How Do You Get Ready for an Early and Prompt Mold Removal?
The answer is simple – prepare a mold removal spray. However, apart from being effective, your choice must also be safe. Else, it would just replace the mold health risks with chemical threats.
So which should you pick? Well, for a complete mold treatment, you would want to have both Molderizer and Safe Shield. Being organic-based, rest assured that they won’t harm your health and even the planet. As for their effectiveness, hotels, hospitals and even mold contractors have already proven that they work.

Between the two, it is basically Molderizer that eliminates mold. It kills its spores from roots to tips and changes their DNA make up, so they won’t grow back. Meanwhile, the follow-up of Safe Shield provides a protective layer that prevents other spores from settling on items and surfaces and starting another infestation.
If you are not convinced of how well those two products work, why not try them?
