The said proposed bill would apply on single-family and multifamily dwellings. But though there was no mention of it covering schools, a separate report shared that 100 and more schools in Oklahoma were provided by the state funds for safe rooms. Nonetheless, Plaza Towers Elementary, where 7 kids died from the tornado, and another school were said without storm shelters.
