However, Intrepid Professional Group, owner of the complex, denied the allegations. It was said that they would even help the tenants replace their trashed furniture pieces once the treatment is deemed successful.

“What started as a bed bugs infestation at a Holland apartment complex two weeks ago has ended up posing more questions than answers, as tenants are still struggling to understand their rights and local, state and federal agencies are slow to respond — or are proving too complicated to navigate.
The 11 infested units at Greenbriar Apartments, 121 S. Waverly Ave., have been treated again and an inspection is planned this week. Only after treatments have been deemed successful will the landlord begin the process of helping tenants obtain new couches, chairs and beds. The problem first surfaced last June and many residents have seen multiple pest-control treatments in their homes.”
