Mold presence has affected so many schools recently. Several of them had to delay their openings to protect the health of the students. Some had to close shortly after the school started due to new discovery of the fungus. Parkview School in Milltown, New Jersey was one of them.
The school was forced to close for the bed bug treatment to commence. According to the report, as a result, classes were temporarily transferred to the Our Lady of Lourdes at 44 Cleveland Ave.
Parents were informed of the problem via letter sent over the weekend. However, the school clarified that it isn’t black mold. Rather, it is a variety “common around the 80 Violet Terrace campus,” as the report put it.
A test was already implemented in the school. The result will come out on Wednesday, but it wasn’t determined how long the mold clean-up will take.

“The Parkview School is closing temporarily as school officials deal with a mold infestation.
